Grey structure, as the name suggests, is the core skeleton on which the complete building & its finishing works stand. Grey structure does not include any type of finishing work like paints, sanitary fittings, or woodwork; however, it includes the underground and rooftop water tanks, pipeline work, and the installation of electrical wiring as well. The grey structure of any construction project is the very foundation of its further development, it provides a firm pathway to the finishing works. So, if the structure is secure and has strength, it will add great value to the overall life of the building. Keeping in mind these facts, we always advise our clients to invest more in grey structures, because it’s a usual practice in Pakistan to spend very little on grey structures since unlike the finishing works, it can’t be seen after completion, so people kind of don’t understand the great value it provides to the building.
